Muscle Balls

Muscle Balls:
500g Turkey Mince
1/2 Brown Onion
Chopped Garlic
1 Egg
Spices in here:
Ground Cumin
Chilli Powder
Garlic Salt
Parsley flakes
Mix altogether and make into balls and roast in the oven on 180 Celsius for 15-17 minutes.
You will find that all the fat will ooze out after roasting, cutting out the fat from the turkey
Serve with tomato sauce
