Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps

285g canned tuna
1 tsp lemon juice
1 red onion finely chopped
3 tbsp natural greek yoghurt
Hot mustard to taste
Some lettuce leafs
8-10 Cherry Tomatoes chopped
Sea Salt to taste

Drain the Tuna, and mix in the yoghurt, lemon juice and sea salt. Add hot mustard to your liking.

Wash and dry lettuce

Mix in the onions and tomatoes to the tuna mixture, and it is ready to go!

Will keep well in the fridge for several days in an airtight container
